Hafa Adai!
Welcome to the website for the U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Office, Districts of Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.

As the community corrections arm of the federal judiciary, our officers and employees are regarded as the "eyes and ears" of the federal courts. This is because our duties include investigating and supervising persons charged with or convicted of federal crimes.

With that in mind, we have designed our website to enhance a client's successful reintegration. Here you will find useful information for defendants and their families, such as forms, a flow chart of how a case moves through the Court, and a section for frequently asked questions.

Our Probation and Pretrial Services Office continues its commitment to maximizing client success throughout the term of supervision and beyond. Our website contributes toward the achievement of such goal.

Si Yu’us Ma'ase,

Frances M. Tydingco-Gatewood
Chief Judge, District of Guam
